Delete Your Account
The fastest way to delete your account is in the EventFrame app: Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. That removes your account immediately.
If you can't access the app, fill out this form and we'll process your deletion request within 14 days.
What gets deleted:
- Your account record (name, phone, email, avatar)
- All photos and albums you own
- All face data (selfies, embeddings, thumbnails)
- Any face profiles you created across albums
- Auth tokens and session data
This cannot be undone.
